Great Lakes Maritime Task Force
Founded in 1992, Great Lakes Maritime Task Force promotes domestic and international shipping on the Great Lakes. With 77 members, it is the largest coalition to ever speak for the Great Lakes shipping community and draws its membership from both labor and management representing U.S.-flag vessel operators, shipboard and longshore unions, port authorities, cargo shippers, terminal operators, shipyards, and other Great Lakes interests.
Dredging Contractors of America (DCA)
A non-profit trade association that has represented the interests of the U.S. dredging and marine construction industry and its members for over 30 years. DCA has been at the forefront of efforts that include establishment of formal partnering at the highest levels of the Corps, and other government entities, on issues such as over-depth dredging, emergency response, funding, contractual policy issues, project estimating, and the environment.
Society of American Military Engineers (SAME)
Founded in 1920, the Society of American Military Engineers leads collaborative efforts to identify and resolve national security infrastructure-related challenges. The Society unites public and private sector individuals and organizations from across the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental and facility management, cyber security, and contracting and acquisition disciplines in support of America’s national security.
