IN THE MARINE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
About Luedtke Engineering Co.
Committed to People, Committed to the Future
Luedtke Engineering has been an industry leader on the Great Lakes for nine decades. Since E.R. “Duke” Luedtke bought his first vessel in 1930, the family owned business has continued to grow throughout the generations.
In the early years, our activities were focused on Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. By 1966, we expanded both in capabilities and geographic area, resulting in a dramatic increase in sales and the subsequent acquisition of additional tugs and floating equipment. Our expansion has been paralleled by a steady growth of management capabilities, reinforced by decades of experience in this highly specialized field of marine construction.
